Q. What if I can't see the service I need on your website?

A. Please don't hesitate to get in touch, we get all kinds of requests and we try our best to oblige!

Q. My dog has behavioural issues, will you still walk him?

A. We are happy to arrange a free in home consultation with you and your dog. If we are happy that any behavioural issues are not dangerous to us, other people or the dog we will gladly take you on as a new client. Otherwise, we can suggest local trainers and behaviourists that may be able to help your situation.

Q. I'm going on holiday and would like my cat to stay at home, if I used your home visit service would she be ok living in the house on her own?

A. Cats are very territorial animals and are generally much more comfortable and less stressed in their own home rather than a cattery. During our visits we ensure the cat has everything it needs, including lots of fuss!

Q. Do you offer animal boarding in your own home?

A. Unfortunately not at present.

Q. If I use your home visit service does the price increase for more animals?

A. No, the price stays the same for multiple animals, unless you require more from us than a visit, for instance dog walking, cleaning hutches, etc.

Q. What does your insurance cover?

A. We have comprehensive insurance with a leading pet services insurer, which includes public liability and cover for the animals in our care. Please get in touch if you would like further details.
